Oasis Benoa, Bali - beach reclamation process

We have received below message from Oasis Benoa.

Pleased be informed the updated of beach project as of June 10th, 2011 with the following details:
1. What: the sand will be flattened parallel to the sidewalk +17 meter up to beach
2. Location: from Taman Bhagawan then The Oasis Beach until Aston Hotel
3. Working procedure: the sand truck will flatten the beach with extra sand along the coast of Bhagawan to Aston
4. Time of working: Estimation 1 weeks. Daily basis from Morning until 21.00
The Impact:
1. The Beach will be reclamation around 1 weeks and will generate better facilities to our guest 
2. all sundeck will be set up at garden beach & pool side during except beach front 
The situation and compensation: 
1. Your Guest who wants to have early check out during the stay, will be not charging any early check out fee
2. We will providing free activities during their stay (subject to hotel activities moment)

Bumas Hotel, Sanur, Bali - one of swimming pool renovation

Below is the message we have received from Bumas Hotel:

Dear loyal Bumas guests and Partners:
I hope all's well and thank you for being such wonderful and loyal guests to Bumas and thank you to those who have been such supportive partners throughout the years.
One of our pools is due for service. It's been a struggle for us to find one committed pool contractor but we finally did.
In order to service one of our two pools (the one  which is smaller and near the lobby), we will have to temporarily close it starting Tuesday, June 8th, 2011 and will be back to operation by June 22, 2011.
During this service, the other pool which is larger and newer will operate normally. We will limit any noise or major impacts during the service and ensure that this activity will not dramatically impact current in-house guests.
Notification will also be posted at the lobby starting today.
