Puri Mas, Lombok - Renovation notification

We have received renovation notification from Puri Mas Lombok as below.

We would like to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances; Puri Mas Boutique Resorts & Spa will be carrying out renovations to our Presidential Villa in the Puri Mas Beach Resort between the following dates:
Starting:  October 8th 2011
Completion: December 9th 2011
The project will begin work at approx. 9.30am daily and finish at 4.30pm daily.
RENOVATION INFORMATION:
The renovations to the Presidential Villa will affect the area of our Infinity Pool at the Puri Mas Beach Resort
We have made alternative sun bathing and swimming pool arrangements for our clients in order to reduce the disturbance to our guests.  We have reserved our private Superior Pool Villa for the duration of the renovations and guests will be able to make use of the large swimming pool and garden area.
Please inform your guests that this villa pool was used as our main pool prior to us building the new infinity pool and therefore adequate for our guests during this period.
Guests can swim and relax in the villa area which has a beautiful garden and pool; they can also relax on our beach terrace where we do not believe there will be too much disturbance.
Spa Resort alternative pool location:
We are also able to offer an alternative pool location at our Spa Resort just 2km away which is a very beautiful area.  Complimentary transport will be available throughout the day for guests between each of our resorts.
Good news during the renovation period!
We are also offering our agents a heavy discount on our existing contract rate between the 8th October and the 10th December as follows:
You will receive a discount of 25% from all contract rates – Domestic IDR or International USD
We ask you to please ensure all of your clients, who are already booked with us, and future bookings between the dates of check in 8th October up until the 10th of December are well informed of our pending renovations, and that hopefully as their agent you will feel obliged to offer a fair discount to them also.
We would appreciate your acknowledgement that you have received this information and that you will inform your clients forthwith.
